The Playstation Network will be having a schedule maintenance, in which some services will be down from 16:00 PM to 6:00 AM GMT.
From the Forum Post:
There will be scheduled PSN maintenance taking place from 16.00PM on Thursday 19th January until 06.00am GMT on Friday 20th January.
During this period the following services will be unavailable:
- PlayStation Store (Console and PC)
- Customer Account Management
- Account Registration
- HOME
Users who attempt to sign into the PlayStation Network after the maintenance period has started may receive the site maintenance notification page.
Users who are signed in before the maintenance begins should remain signed into their online session (although the above services will still be unavailable).
Please note that some online titles may also be affected.
