Assassin’s Creed DLC “Lost Archive” Release Announced; Content Details Leaked

Xbox Live Director of programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb confirmed that the new Assassin’s Creed DLC will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace on February 28th (next week)  Xbox Live.  It will be priced at a cool 800 MS Points ($10).

Ubisoft actually leaked this information using the game, itself.  The new achievements that were added to the game last week indicated that a single-player DLC was on the way.  This has not yet been confirmed. If this proves to be true (which is likely) this will be the first DLC pack for the title to add single-player content; prior to this package, the DLC for Revelations was strictly multi-player based.  This leak also hinted at specifics on the content; Warren Vidic, The River Styx and the Animus were all mentioned.

Now that this was all leaked -whether it was intentional or not- look for an announcement from Ubisoft and/or Xbox Live in the coming days confirming that “Lost Archive” is indeed single-player based.  If proven true: this could be an incredible addition to the epic gameplay and storyline of Assasin’s Creed: Revelations.
